LASC FAM 112 - COURT ORDER FOR FAMILY-CENTERED CASE RESOLUTION CONFERENCE (FCCRC) DISSOLUTION/LEGAL SEPARATION/NULLITY CASES. This is a Los Angeles Superior Court family law order used in dissolution, legal separation, and nullity cases. Issued under California Rule of Court 10.603(d), this order sets a Family-Centered Case Resolution Conference to address case management and promote early settlement. You must serve the other party a copy of this Order. The moving party for the Request for Order or Motion shall serve this Family-Centered Case Resolution Conference [FCCRC] Order on all parties. Service of this Order shall be at the same time and in the same manner as service of the Request for Order or Motion. The order requires the moving party to serve all parties and mandates that both sides “meet and confer” before the conference to discuss issues, exchange financial information, consider expert needs, and identify potential agreements. Attendance by all parties (and attorneys, if any) is required. The court may set discovery deadlines, order mediation, and schedule settlement or trial dates. Failure to comply may result in sanctions under Code of Civil Procedure §§ 128, 177.5, Family Code § 271, or Rule 5.14. For Mandatory Use. Ordered by Presiding Judge under Calif.
