THE FOLLOWING RECORDS SHALL BE KEPT BY THE GUARDIAN: The guardian shall continue to keep records including bank statements, brokerage statements, receipts, checks, payment stubs and other proof of the receipts and payments made by the guardian until otherwise ordered by the court. At any time the court may require the guardian to prove that payments were made consistent with the approved budget and to show what income was received. FURTHER ORDERS: The court retains all of its powers to modify this order at any time whether upon a motion made by any interested party or on its own motion. The court may order at any time the guardian to appear for a hearing to show cause as to why the budget shall not be modified as the court deems necessary. The court may order a full accounting at any time whether upon a motion made by any interested party or on its own motion. DATED .
