OATH. This is a Georgia Probate Court form used by individuals appointed to serve in a fiduciary role in an estate or guardianship matter. The form consolidates several required oaths, including those for emergency, temporary, or testamentary guardians, conservators, temporary administrators, administrators of intestate estates, and executors or administrators with will annexed. By signing the applicable oath, the fiduciary swears or affirms to faithfully perform the duties of the office and, when required, properly account for the estate or ward’s property in accordance with Georgia law.
