CCCR 0698 - ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF COURT-APPOINTED COUNSEL. This is a form used in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois to order payment of court-appointed counsel for a defendant who was found to be indigent and received representation from the Public Defender.
