APPLICATION TO EXECUTE WRIT OF POSSESSION. This is a Fulton County Magistrate Court form used by a plaintiff, property owner, or authorized agent to request enforcement of a previously issued writ of possession in a dispossessory (eviction) case. This application is filed after the court has awarded possession to the plaintiff and the defendant has failed to comply with the court’s order. The form allows the applicant to specify the basis for execution, such as the defendant’s failure to file an answer, failure to make required payments under a court order, or other noncompliance, and to confirm that no rent or payments have been accepted that would halt enforcement.
