The injunction was in effect for [Total length of time] . THE COURT FINDS: The petitioner requested the court extend the injunction 1. because the injunction was in effect for less than six months and it is necessary to protect the individual at risk. When an injunction in effect for less than six months expires, court shall extend the injunction if the petitioner states an extension is necessary to protect the individual at risk. This extension shall remain in effect until 6 months after date on which court first entered injunction. 2. because it is necessary to protect the individual at risk. When the petitioner states an extension is necessary to protect the individual at risk, the court may extend the injunction for not more than 2 years. 3. and order the injunction be in effect for not more than 10 years.
