PP-210 (Rev. 1/11/2013) STATE OF MAINE COUNTY PROBATE COURT DOCKET NO. In Re: Incapacitated Person/Protected Person Upon petition for appointment of temporary conservator and upon hearing, this Court determines that there presently is no conservator for , that no other person appears to have authority to act, and that a circumstance that leads to a serious, immediate and irreparable harm to the health or financial interested of the person alleged to be in need of protection exists requiring the appointment of temporary conservator for him/her. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED: 1. That be and hereby is appointed temporary conservator for pursuant t o the provisions of 18 - A M.R.S. 247 5 - 408 - A . 2. The temporary conservator shall have the following limited powers and duties necessary to address the emergency, pursuant to 18-A M.R.S. 247 5-408-A: To collect, hold , retain and maintain the assets of . To receive additions to s estate. To pay s ordinary and necessary bill s associated with his/her care and maintenance or with his/her assets. Other : 3. The Court has determined that he petitioner has complied with the notice requirements. 4 . That shall accou nt to this Court upon the termination of the temporary conservatorship pursuant to 18-A M.R.S. 247 5-408-A. 5. This appointment shall not exceed 6 months from the date of entry of this Order.
