It is the further desire and intent of the defendant and I that the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Exhibit A: Confidential Division of Property and Debts and Values be incorporated into the Court's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for Judgment, and the Judgment entered in this action.
