EMPLOYMENT - REAL ESTATE LOAN BROKER AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT This agreement is effective as of (Date), by and between , of (Address) hereinafter referred to as broker, and , of (Address) hereinafter referred to as sales representative.
