The Court will consider your request for dismissal of the restraining order at a hearing. All other orders will remain in full force and effect. There is no fee for this court procedure. Instructions to Petitioner: 1. Complete the attached Form FL-018, Request to Vacate Domestic Violence Restraining Order After Hearing. The Clerk of the Court will complete the Notice of Hearing section. Take the completed form to the Superior Court, Civil & Family Law Courthouse, Family Law Division, at 3055 Cleveland Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA, 95403, Mon.- Fri. 8:00 am-3:30 pm). You may mail the completed forms to the Clerk at the above address if you prefer. However, you must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope so the Clerk can mail a notice of the hearing date to you. 3. 4. The Clerk will set a hearing date. You must appear at the hearing. At the hearing the Court will consider your request to modify or vacate the restraining orders. If the judge grants your request to vacate the restraining orders, you will receive a copy of the Court's order after the hearing. If an Order to Vacate is signed by the Judge at the hearing, the domestic violence restraining order will be removed from the law enforcement telecommunications system (CLETS). 2. 5.
