Solicitation Campaign Financial Report

CSL-125 - NORTH CAROLINA SOLICITATION CAMPAIGN FINANCIAL REPORT. This is a required form used by solicitors and charitable or sponsor organizations to report the financial details of a fundraising campaign conducted within or affecting North Carolina. This form must be submitted to the Charitable Solicitation Licensing Division of the North Carolina Secretary of State either within 90 days after the conclusion of a fundraising campaign or annually on the anniversary date for campaigns lasting more than one year. It is designed to collect detailed information about the gross revenue and expenses incurred nationally and within North Carolina during the campaign.
