Form LOB 2 Lobbying Activity Authorization {LOB 2}

FORM LOB 2 - LOBBYING ACTIVITY AUTHORIZATION. This is a Los Angeles County form required under Chapter 2.160 of the Los Angeles County Code. This form must be completed by each Lobbyist Employer/Client who contracts with a Lobbying Firm or Individual Lobbyist. It authorizes the lobbying firm to engage in lobbying activities on the client’s behalf and must be attached to the firm’s Registration Statement (Form LOB 1) or submitted when adding a new client through an Amendment to Registration Statement (Form LOB 5). The form requires disclosure of the employer/client’s contact information, the effective date of authorization, and identification of the lobbying firm. The Responsible Officer for the Lobbyist Employer/Client who contracts with the Lobbying Firm or Individual Lobbyist must date and sign the authorization form.
