60.140 Torts; Equal Negligence; No Recovery If you find that the defendant was negligent, that the plaintiff was also guilty of negligence that contributed to the plaintiff's injury and damages, and that plaintiff's negligence was equal to or greater than that of the defendant, then the plaintiff cannot recover.
