38.100 Statute of Limitations; Fraud as Affecting Limitations; Generally If the defendant or those it is claimed are guilty of a fraud that prevented or delayed the plaintiff from filing this action, the period of limitation shall run only from the time of the plaintiff's discovery of the fraud.
