IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NUMBER _________________ DIV._____________ LANDLORD/TENANT STIPULATION Whereas the landlord has filed an action for eviction, the landlord and tenant make the following agreement: ( ) The defendant(s), ___________________________________, agrees to pay the plaintiff, __________________ ______________________________________________, $ _______________ back rent/fees plus $____________ court costs for a total of $__________________. This amount covers all money due through _________________, 20 ____. This amount is payable as follows: $________________ shall be paid to the plaintiff from the court registry. $________________ shall be paid on or before _______________________, 20 ____.
