THE ESTATE OF: * * * JUDGMENT ENTRY DIRE CTING * PAYMENT OF UNCLAIMED FUNDS * INTO COUNTY TREASURY * This matter comes before the Court on the Application of the Attorney / Fiduciary of the aforementioned estate for consideration as to the disposition of unclaimed monies in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Sections 2113.64 and 2113.65. The Court finds that monies in the sum of $ _____________________, to which ___________________________________________________ is entitled as a ben eficiary of the estate, have remained unclaimed. [Check if applicable]  Date of death of decedent was prior to January 1, 2002 and the sum has been unclaimed for more than six (6) months. Fiduciary / Applicant has made unable to locate the beneficiary(s). Pursuant to O.R.C. 2113.64 and 2113.65, the Court finds that said monies shall be turned into the Treasurer of Lucas County, Ohio and credited to the General Fund. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the above-referenced monies be turned into the Treasurer of Lucas County, Ohio and credited to the General Fund, without liability for interest thereon in accordance with O.R.C. 2113.64 and 2113.65.
