Temporary Order (Divorce With Minor Children)

TEMPORARY ORDER. This is a DeKalb County Superior Court order used to establish short-term rules while a divorce case involving minor children is pending. Entered after a hearing or by consent of the parties, this order addresses temporary child custody, visitation, child support, health insurance, uncovered medical expenses, and temporary alimony. It may also grant temporary possession of the marital home, vehicles, or personal property and include restraining provisions where appropriate.
