CV\E-179 - STIPULATION AND ORDER TO MEDIATION- UNLIMITED CIVIL. This is a Sacramento County Superior Court form used in unlimited civil cases when parties agree to submit their dispute to mediation. The form allows parties to select court-sponsored or private mediation, including mediation in lieu of previously ordered arbitration, and to identify their chosen mediator or neutral. It also provides space for additional stipulations, such as discovery agreements, and includes signature sections for all participating parties and attorneys.
