FORM 24 - ORDER FOR STATUTORY INJUNCTION UPON CONSENT. This form is used in the U.S. Court of International Trade to request and enter a statutory injunction by consent under 19 U.S.C. § 1516a(c)(2). When all parties agree, the Court may enjoin the liquidation of specified entries of merchandise during the pendency of litigation, including appeals. The order identifies the affected product, country of origin, producer and/or exporter, relevant Commerce Department determination (with Federal Register citation), and the applicable entry period .
