EA-820 - PROHIBITED ITEMS FINDING AND ORDERS (ELDER OR DEPENDENT ADULT ABUSE PREVENTION). This form is used in elder or dependent adult abuse restraining order proceedings to document the court’s findings about firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, or other prohibited items possessed by the restrained person. The form allows the court to identify the items listed on the temporary restraining order or specify additional items, including their descriptions, locations, and proof-of-compliance dates. It also schedules a mandatory compliance review hearing and records whether the restrained person has failed to surrender prohibited items.
