EXHIBIT C - PRETRIAL AFFIDAVIT. This form is required in family law cases, particularly dissolution (divorce) proceedings, to provide the court and opposing counsel with a full disclosure of each party’s personal, financial, and property information before trial. It includes sections for both parties’ identifying details, dependent children, income, employment, deductions, retirement benefits, monthly living expenses, community and separate assets, and liabilities. The affidavit also provides a property valuation and distribution worksheet (shown on page 4) where the wife’s, husband’s, and court’s proposed property awards are listed side-by-side for comparison.
