RI-AP10 - NOTICE OF APPEAL - PARKING. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, by an individual who wishes to appeal a final decision made by an issuing agency regarding a parking or standing violation. This form allows the contestant to request that the Superior Court review the decision, whether it was made after a personal conference or by mail. The form requires information such as the issuing agency, citation number, and date of the final decision, and must be filed within 30 calendar days of the mailing of that decision. A $25.00 filing fee and a copy of the original parking violation notice must be submitted along with the appeal, and proof of service on the issuing agency must be filed at least 10 days before the scheduled hearing.
