752 - CERTIFICATE OF ABANDONMENT OF MERGER. This form, issued by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), Corporations, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau, is used by domestic limited liability companies (LLCs) that wish to officially withdraw or cancel a previously filed merger before its effective date. This form allows an LLC to formally notify the state that a merger, for which a Certificate of Merger had already been filed, will not take effect.
