This form is used in the County or Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, by self-represented individuals (parties without an attorney) who are unable to comply with the requirement of receiving court documents by e-mail. Under Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.516(b)(1)(D), a self-represented party may file this request if they do not have an e-mail account or do not have regular access to the internet.
