This checklist applies to permits such as Conditional Use Permits (CUP), Variances, Zone Changes, Plan Amendments, Coastal Development Permits, and related modifications. It does not apply to Land Division or Oak Tree Permit applications. The checklist details required submittals including proof of ownership, ownership affidavits, environmental assessment information (CEQA compliance), findings statements, project narratives, technical and illustrative drawings (site plans, grading plans, elevations, landscape plans), parking matrices, occupancy load certifications, photographs, and specialized supplemental requirements (e.g., Hillside Management Areas, Alcohol Beverage Sales, Wireless Facilities, Solar Facilities, and Significant Ecological Areas).
