Description
CCLF‐CRS‐003 - CRIMINAL ADMINISTRATION WEEK CONTINUANCE FORM. This form is used by defense counsel to notify the Presiding Case Management Judge of their unavailability for Administrative Court during Criminal Administration Week. It allows the attorney to request a continuance for scheduled matters due to specific reasons such as secured leave, medical issues, conflicting court obligations, or other personal or professional circumstances. Although the defense attorney may be unavailable, defendants are still required to appear in court. The form is also used to provide case details for each day of the administrative week—Monday (for motions, judgments, and third-setting cases), Tuesday (for second settings, misdemeanor appeals, and extraditions), and Wednesday (for first-setting cases). For each case, the attorney must list the defendant's name, file number, assigned ADA, and the requested action (such as reset, continued, or plea date setting). The form is distributed to both the Superior Court Judges’ Office and the District Attorney’s Office. www.FormsWorkflow.com
