REQUEST AND NOTICE FOR FILM AND ELECTRONIC MEDIA COVERAGE OF COURT PROCEEDINGS. This form is used in the State of Michigan’s Sixth Judicial Circuit or Probate Court in Oakland County by individuals or media entities seeking permission to record, broadcast, or photograph courtroom proceedings.
