MEX-180 - EXHIBIT COVER SHEET (Juvenile). This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino when a party involved in a juvenile court case—such as County Counsel, District Attorney, Probation, attorneys for the minor or parents, ICWA representative, or CASA—is submitting exhibits for an upcoming hearing. The form is used to officially list and identify any attached documents, photographs, or other evidence that a party wishes the court to consider.
