Description
MJV-200 - STIPULATION AND ORDER RE: VICTIM RESTITUTION. This form is used by the Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino, in juvenile delinquency cases to document an agreement between the minor, their parent or legal guardian, and the court regarding informal supervision or deferred entry of judgment under Welfare and Institutions Code sections 654.2 or 790. It allows the court to delay adjudication of a delinquency petition so the minor can complete a set period of informal supervision or deferred judgment, avoiding formal wardship and detention. As part of the agreement, the parties stipulate to pay victim restitution either in an amount determined by the court or in specified amounts to identified victims. The agreement may also include joint and several liability with co-minors or their guardians. The stipulation remains enforceable until full restitution is paid, and if any balance remains unpaid at the end of the supervision period, the court may convert the obligation into a civil judgment, allowing the victim to collect the debt through legal means. www.FormsWorkflow.com
