MJV-200 - STIPULATION AND ORDER RE: VICTIM RESTITUTION. This form is used by the Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino, in juvenile delinquency cases to document an agreement between the minor, their parent or legal guardian, and the court regarding informal supervision or deferred entry of judgment under Welfare and Institutions Code sections 654.2 or 790.
