This form is a cover letter used to request the publication of a Notice to Creditors in a newspaper, as required by A.R.S. § 14-3801 during probate proceedings in Arizona. It is addressed to a newspaper and is sent along with a court-stamped copy of the Notice to Creditors, as well as a check or money order to pay for the cost of publication. The letter instructs the newspaper to publish the notice once a week for three consecutive weeks, in accordance with state law. The sender also requests that the newspaper contact them to confirm the date of the first publication.
