FL074 - REQUEST-RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE OR SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE AND TRIAL. This form serves as either a request for a Settlement Conference only, a Settlement Conference and Trial, or a Response to such a Request. You must file it with the court and provide a copy to all parties involved. You only need to file a Response found on page two of this form, if you believe your case is not ready for a Settlement Conference. Your response must be served and filed within ten calendar days (plus an additional five days if served by mail) from the date you receive the Request. If your case is deemed ready for a Settlement Conference, an Order will be issued to set the date for the Settlement Conference, Case Management Conference or both. According to Local Rule 9.20 (e), you are required to submit a Statement of Issues for the Settlement Conference or Trial at least ten (10) calendar days before the Settlement Conference.
