ORDER SETTING CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE (JUDGE EDWARD NICHOLAS). This form is used by the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, to officially schedule a Case Management Conference (CMC) in a civil case. It serves to notify the parties and attorneys involved of the date, time, and Zoom credentials for the upcoming conference, which will be presided over by Judge Edward Nicholas. The purpose of the CMC is to discuss the status of the case and prepare it for trial.
