Description

NONRESTRICTED LICENSEE REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL TO CHARGE A FEE FOR ADMISSION TO AN AREA IN WHICH GAMING IS CONDUCTED. This form is used by nonrestricted gaming licensees to request administrative approval to charge an admission fee for entry into a specific area of their establishment where gaming activities occur. According to NGC Regulation 5.210, such an area must be clearly defined and meet certain regulatory standards before a fee can be imposed. The form collects detailed information about the proposed area, including its size, the type and amount of gaming conducted both inside and outside the area, its business purpose, amenities offered, construction costs, and projected benefits to the State of Nevada. It also requires a justification for the admission fee and whether the area should be considered a gaming salon, a designation with its own regulatory implications. The licensee must certify compliance with other requirements, such as maintaining a $5,000 revolving fund for Board and Commission agents, ensuring equal access to free gaming options elsewhere on the premises, and prohibiting discrimination in admission. The form must be submitted with a clear and legible diagram showing the location and number of games and devices. www.FormsWorkflow.com
