MOTION AND AFFIDAVIT TO REINSTATE/MODIFY INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS. This form is used in the General Sessions Court for Davidson County, Tennessee by a defendant seeking to either reinstate or change the terms of a previously ordered installment payment plan related to a court judgment. Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 26-2-217, the defendant may request a reinstatement of the payment plan if it was previously terminated or ask for a modification if their financial circumstances have changed.
