Supreme-10 - ANNUAL ATTORNEY REGISTRATION SINGLE PAYMENT FORM. This form is used by law firms in Rhode Island to submit a single, manual payment for the annual attorney registration fees of five or more attorneys, as permitted under Article IV, Rule 1(i) of the Rhode Island Supreme Court Rules. Although individual attorneys are required to complete their annual registration online through the Rhode Island Supreme Court Attorney Portal (RISCAP), this form allows law firms to consolidate fee payments for multiple attorneys into one transaction. The form requires the law firm to provide its name, business address, contact person, and contact email. For each attorney listed, the firm must include the attorney’s name, Rhode Island Bar Number, confirmation that their registration information is current on RISCAP, and the fee amount based on their registration status (active or inactive). Registration payments are due by July 1, and a $125 late fee applies for each attorney if payment is received after that date. The person submitting the form must certify that all RISCAP information is accurate and up to date. This form does not replace or include payment of Rhode Island Bar Association dues and requires all attorneys listed to have an active RISCAP account for processing to occur.
