Description
CR - CERTIFICATE OF RESTORATION CORPORATION. This form is used to restore a domestic (Kansas) corporation that has expired within the past three years. This filing allows a business to return to active status with the Kansas Secretary of State. To be eligible, the corporation must have previously existed in good standing and must not be past the three-year expiration window. The form collects key information such as the entity’s business ID, the full legal name of the corporation, the name and address of its resident agent and registered office, and the names and addresses of corporate officers and directors. It also allows the filer to specify whether the restored corporation will be perpetual or have a new expiration date. If the original name is already in use, a new name must be chosen or written consent from the current name holder must be provided. The document must be signed by an authorized individual on behalf of the corporation and submitted with the appropriate filing fee. www.FormsWorkflow.com
