PLC - ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION PROFESSIONAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. This Kentucky Secretary of State form is used to create a Professional Limited Liability Company (PLC/PLLC) under KRS 14A and 275. It captures the entity name (must include “Professional Limited Liability Company,” “Professional Limited Company,” “PLC,” or “PLLC”), the Kentucky registered office and registered agent with written consent, principal office mailing address, management structure (manager- or member-managed), and the licensed profession to be practiced. Filers may add optional articles and indicate veteran-owned status. The filing takes effect upon receipt; the fee is $40. Veteran-owned businesses (≥51% veteran-owned) may qualify for a filing fee waiver under KRS 14A.2-165; include redacted proof (e.g., DD-214).
