Description
SC-3 - DECLARATION OF SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT AND ORDER (Small Claims, CCP §§ 116.840, 116.850). This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo, Small Claims Division by a defendant who has fully paid a judgment but is unable to obtain a Satisfaction of Judgment from the plaintiff (e.g., because the plaintiff cannot be located). By submitting this declaration, along with proof of payment, the defendant requests the court to officially recognize the judgment as satisfied. If approved, the judge issues an order declaring the judgment satisfied, which serves the same legal function as a formal Satisfaction of Judgment filed by the plaintiff. www.FormsWorkflow.com
