This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin to request court approval for submitting additional documents beyond the standard limits set by Local Rule 7-102.5. The rule restricts the number of declarations a party can file in support of or in response to a Request for Order (RFO), a Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO), or an Elder Abuse Restraining Order (EARO).
