LM.010 - DECLARATION RE: NOTICE OF EX PARTE APPLICATION FOR ORDERS AND/OR ORDERS SH0RTENING TIME. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Butte to request an ex parte order or an order shortening time in a legal case. An ex parte order is an urgent court order sought without the other party being present, typically in situations where immediate relief is necessary, such as preventing irreparable harm or addressing time-sensitive matters.
