STATEMENT OF ABANDONMENT OF USE OF FICTITIOUS BUSINESS NAME. This form is used in Solano County, California, to officially declare that a business is no longer operating under a previously registered fictitious business name. The form is required by the California Business and Professions Code (§17922) and must be filed with the county clerk where the original fictitious business name statement was registered.
