RI-PR042 - ORDERS CONCERNING POWER OF ATTORNEY. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, to address petitions concerning the authority, actions, or status of an attorney-in-fact under a power of attorney. The court can determine whether the power of attorney is in effect, approve or disapprove acts of the attorney-in-fact, require an accounting of their actions, revoke their authority if necessary, approve their resignation, or issue other orders to protect the principal's interests.
