APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF CORPORATE NAME OR RENEWAL OF NAME REGISTRATION. This form is used by out-of-state corporations that wish to register their corporate name in Idaho without transacting business within the state. This form, filed with the Idaho Secretary of State, is required under Idaho Code § 30-1-403 and allows a foreign corporation to reserve its name for exclusive use in Idaho.
