400-00124 - REFERRAL TO APPROVED COMMUNITY JUSTICE PROGRAM Pursuant to 3 3 V.S.A. § 5232 (b) (7). This form is used by the Vermont Superior Court, Family Division, to formally direct a youth who has been adjudicated delinquent to participate in a court-approved community justice program. The purpose of this referral is to provide a restorative alternative to traditional sentencing by involving the youth in a program that promotes accountability, reconciliation, and community healing.
