STATEMENT OF ARBITRABILITY. This form is used in Mason County Superior Court to determine whether a case is eligible for mandatory arbitration. The form allows the parties involved to assert whether their case meets the criteria for arbitration under Washington state law. It includes options for the filing party to indicate if the case involves a money judgment of $100,000 or less, excluding attorney fees, interest, and costs, or if it pertains to the establishment, modification, or termination of maintenance or child support payments.
