FOREIGN LIMITED PARTNERSHIP REGISTRATION. This form is used to register a foreign limited partnership (a limited partnership formed in another state or jurisdiction) to transact business in Arizona. Before conducting business in Arizona, the partnership must file this registration with the Arizona Secretary of State as required by A.R.S. § 29-349. The form requires the name of the foreign limited partnership, the state of formation, and any different name under which it intends to operate in Arizona. It also requires the designation of an agent for service of process in Arizona, along with the agent’s address and contact information. Additionally, the form requests the address of the office maintained in the state of formation and the location where the list of limited partners is kept.
