C-13A - NOTICE OF INTENT TO RELOCATE OUTSIDE OF BUTLER COUNTY. This form is used in family court cases when a parent plans to move outside Butler County, Ohio with their children. It notifies the court and the other parent of the planned relocation, ensures compliance with court orders regarding custody and parenting time, provides updated contact information for the relocating parent, and informs both parents that if the move requires modification of parenting orders, the affected parent must file the appropriate motion with the court.
