Description
LICENSED PARALEGAL PRACTITIONER (LPP) EXAM CHARACTER REFERENCE FORM. This form is used by the Utah State Bar to evaluate the character, fitness, and ethical standards of applicants seeking admission as Licensed Paralegal Practitioners. This form requires applicants to submit references from individuals who know them well enough to provide an unbiased and accurate appraisal of their personal and professional integrity. Certain individuals, such as family members, romantic partners, law school classmates, current employees, or more than two members from the same firm or entity, are prohibited from serving as references to ensure impartiality. The person providing the reference must answer a series of questions regarding the applicant’s honesty, professional conduct, financial responsibility, legal history, and overall trustworthiness. They must also disclose any knowledge of misconduct, criminal activity, or ethical violations that could impact the applicant’s ability to practice. The reference is submitted in a sealed envelope, signed across the seal to maintain confidentiality. www.FormsWorkflow.com
