Description
Form# 5DC53 - WRIT OF EXECUTION; EXHIBIT A (HAWAI‘I REVISED STATUTES §651-32). This form is used in the District Court of the Fifth Circuit in the State of Hawai'i. It commands the Director of Law Enforcement of Hawai'i or their authorized representative to levy upon the personal property of the judgment debtor if found within the circuit, or if not, upon their real property within the same circuit. The writ orders the sale of the property, either personal or real, at public auction to satisfy a judgment rendered against the judgment debtor in favor of the plaintiff. The writ specifies the amount of the judgment, including costs and interest, and instructs the officer to make a return to the court within sixty days of executing the writ. The reverse side of the form contains a section for the serving officer to document their execution of the writ, including details of the person served, the date, and their signature. www.FormsWorkflow.com
