I-730 - REFUGEE/ASYLEE RELATIVE PETITION. If you have been admitted to the United States as a refugee or if you have been granted status in the United States as an asylee, and you were the principal applicant for your family, you may file Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition provided that your refugee admission or asylum grant occurred within the past two years.
